Breakwall VPN Windows client 2.40 tests all servers at startup.
The number in the middle shows the connection quality (the bigger the better) and the last number shows the latency (the smaller the better).
In the screen shot, fraa server’s quality score is 65 and latency is 496ms. Obviously it is not a good choice for me.
The quality score is more important. A server with a low quality score will be slow.
As a matter of fact, neither of these numbers tell you about the actual download speed. A server with a high quality score is not necessarily fast, but is usually much stabler. A low-quality-score server will certainly be slow.
