Google Chrome has a built-in version of Flash, but when you run Shaockwave flash installer, it will install another version of Flash to Google Chrome instead of updating the existing one. To avoid crashing you will need to disable one of them.
1. Type “about:plugins” into the address bard and press Enter.
2. Find “Adobe Flash Player” and if you find it says “(two files)”, then that’s it.
3. Click Details on the right top corner.
4. Disable one of the flash file, preferably the Chrome built-in one (with “chrome” in the location string).
5. Restart your Chrome.
